Michael J Savage is an Executive Business Scaling Strategist with Scaling.com, where he works with founders and CEOs pursuing substantial growth, enterprise value, and organizational scale.

His work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, execution, and human performance. He helps entrepreneurs identify the constraints limiting growth, clarify the future they are building toward, and translate ambitious goals into better decisions, stronger teams, and focused execution.

Michael brings an operator's perspective to that work. He has built, owned, and sold businesses across multiple industries, including the brick-and-mortar retail chain Uncanny Heroes Comics, a 3D animation company, and businesses in mortgage and financial services.

He has also served in senior executive leadership roles, most recently as Chief Experience Officer and previously Chief Strategy Officer of Life Surge + SurgeU.

For more than six years, Michael worked alongside founders and investors through Prime Movers Lab, a deep-tech venture capital firm backing companies seeking to transform industries at massive scale. As a Partner and Executive Coach, he advised founders and CEOs on growth, organizational scale, leadership, and performance.

Earlier in his career, Michael spent nearly two decades as a Platinum and Master Executive Coach with Tony Robbins, coaching entrepreneurs and executives and leading and facilitating programs including Life Mastery and Wealth Mastery around the world.

Alongside his wife, Valerie Santiago, Michael co-founded CORE Coach, a coach training and certification organization. He has also advised emerging companies, consulted on media and brand initiatives, and served on boards supporting entrepreneurship, faith, and the arts.

Today, Michael's primary focus is helping exceptional entrepreneurs think bigger, see more clearly, and build companies capable of scaling beyond their current constraints.

He and Valerie are raising their daughter with faith, laughter, curiosity, and a conviction that success should ultimately create greater capacity to serve.
